The earlier the better — especially for major German fairs where logistics and venue slots require advance planning. For exhibitions across Europe, we recommend a minimum of 3 months' lead time. For fairs in Romania, a minimum of 6 weeks before the event. Contact us as soon as your exhibition dates are confirmed.
